Our Story

Come together for good food, good times, and lots of laughter at The Cutting Board Restaurant—a refreshing addition to the San Bernardino food scene. Located inside the DoubleTree San Bernardino Hotel, we offer a menu of salads that are always hearty and fresh. Take a bite out of delicious sandwiches sure to satisfy. Our chicken and steak entrées are creatively prepared and beautifully presented, and you can enjoy a number of delicious appetizers paired with a variety of wines, specialty cocktails, and beers.

The customer service is beyond

Just had Happy Hour with a friend and everything was amazing! The food is incredible and the customer service from Julio was beyond. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable our entire time there. The fire pit area is beautiful and creates a beautiful ambiance.

MEET THE CHEF

Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Chef Salvador Hernandez first discovered his passion for the culinary arts in 2010. From there, he attended Le Cordon Bleu and went on to finetune his craft at a variety of renowned California establishments, including Spanish Hills Country Club, Lure Fish House, Ojai Valley Inn, and Austen’s at The Pierpont Inn. In 2017, Salvador was asked to join The Cutting Board as our new executive chef and has been making us mouthwatering dishes ever since.
